Sex and money.
Do I have your attention now?
And I’m not writing this to soothe you.
I’m writing this to activate you.
For a long time, women were told to keep dating and values separate.
To be “open-minded.”
To not make things political.
To give men the benefit of the doubt.
That era is over.
Because here’s the truth that too many people are afraid to say out loud:
Who you date is political.
Who you sleep with is political.
Where you spend your money is political.
And pretending otherwise has cost women their safety, their time, and in many cases, their lives.
This Is About Access
This piece—and the podcast episode it accompanies—is about access.
Who gets access to your body.
Who gets access to your emotional energy.
Who gets access to your money, your home, your future.
And why removing access is one of the most powerful tools women have right now.
I call this The No Access Play.
And the rule is simple:
MAGA men don’t make the cut.
Not because of “political disagreement.”
But because what MAGA represents today is not a policy difference—it’s a character reveal.
This Isn’t About Being Mean. It’s About Being Precise.
If a man supports movements, leaders, or policies that:
Strip bodily autonomy from women
Normalize state violence
Dismiss human rights
Excuse abuse or dehumanization
That is not something you “agree to disagree” on.
That is information.
Tolerating racism is racism.
Tolerating bigotry is bigotry.
Tolerating abuse is abuse.
And high-value women do not negotiate with character.
That’s how women end up trapped in relationships they spend years trying to recover from.
I know—because I’ve been there.
My Cautionary Tale (And Why I Do This Work)
I spent 12 years in an abusive marriage.
Domestic violence.
Financial control.
Verbal abuse.
Religious indoctrination that taught me endurance was holiness.
I didn’t leave.
He did.
And as humiliating as it is to admit that, it’s also the reason I do this work now.
Because no woman should ever again find herself:
Abandoned with no access to money
No career she can rely on
No support system
No roadmap out
That day—when my husband walked out—became the day this work was born.
I am not speaking from theory.
I am speaking from survival.
The Power Women Actually Hold
Women are told they are powerless.
We are not.
Women hold three forms of leverage that shape the world:
Sex.
Money.
Access.
And here are the new rules:
We do not give our bodies to men who do not protect bodily autonomy.
We do not give emotional labor to men who minimize harm to innocent people.
We do not give our money to systems or businesses that profit from dehumanization.
This isn’t punishment.
This is discernment.
High-value women don’t protest with chaos.
We protest with standards.
How to Spot an Unsafe Man (Without Debating Politics)
You don’t need to interrogate a man on a first date.
You need to observe.
Pay attention to:
How he talks about his ex
How he talks about marginalized groups
How he talks about protesters
How he reacts to violence committed by men
Whether he dismisses harm or tries to “both sides” it
Dismissal is data.
Mockery is data.
Silence is data.
A healthy man does not need convincing that harm is real.
He does not debate human rights.
He does not get defensive when empathy is required.
Why I Created The 4 Keys to a Healthy Partner
After my divorce, I made a decision:
This would never happen to me again.
I went to trauma therapy.
I became trauma-informed.
I studied patterns of abuse and emotional safety.
And I distilled everything I learned into a simple, powerful framework I now teach women.
I put it into a mini course called The 4 Keys to a Healthy Partner.
It teaches you how to:
Identify safe men early
Spot empathy and emotional maturity
Avoid abusive or controlling partners
Choose better—on purpose
Because guessing costs women their lives, their peace, and their future.
And I refuse to gatekeep this information anymore.
Silence Is No Longer an Option
Silence has always benefited people in power.
In relationships.
At work.
In systems.
I stayed silent once—to keep the peace.
And it nearly destroyed me.
High-value women do not stay silent anymore.
We don’t argue.
We don’t explain.
We remove access.
No access to our bodies.
No access to our hearts.
No access to our money.
That is the play.
If You’re Ready to Run It
If you’re done guessing.
If you’re done wasting time on men who are misaligned.
If you want to date with confidence instead of fear—
I recorded a full podcast episode walking you through The No Access Play and the 4 Keys to a Healthy Partner.
You can listen or watch it here, and for listeners, the mini course is currently 50% off with code KEYS.
The goal isn’t to change men.
They don’t change.
The goal is to choose better ones—on purpose.
Let’s run the play.
